Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the coagulation of an adhesive by always moving the adhesive by interposing a coil spring between a dip roll and a shaft member and generating flow in the adhesive between the center hole of the dip roll and the shaft part of the shaft member by the rotation of the coil spring. CONSTITUTION:A coil spring 34 is also rotated by the rotation of a dip roll 27. The adhesive between the center hole 27a of the dip roll 27 and the shaft part 33a of a shaft member 33 moves to the outside of the dip roll 27 and the adhesive newly flows in from the outside and the flow of the adhesive is always present. Therefore, the coagulation of the adhesive is not generated.
