Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enhance the coefficient of utilization of a photon of laser beam and the reactivity of a reaction substance by providing a reflecting plate performing multiple reaction to a laser beam multiple reflecting mechanism and allowing laser beam tracks to overlap each other before and after reflection. CONSTITUTION:Laser beam 1a is incident to a reaction region 2 where a reaction substance 7 is present from the laser incident port 5 of a laser beam multiple reflecting mechanism arranged so as to hold the reaction region 2 and passes through the reaction region 2 to be reflected by the first reflecting plate 11 and again passes through the reaction region 2 to be incident to the reflecting plate 12 to be also reflected thereby. The laser beam 1a again passes through the reaction region 2 and subsequently moves toward the lower part of the reaction region 2 gradually while it is repeatedly reflected in a zigzag pattern between the first and second reflecting plates 11, 12 to be emitted to the outside from a laser beam emitting port 6. As mentioned above, since the reflecting plates 11, 12 are adjusted so that an overlap irradiation region becomes max., the quantity of the irradiation of the reaction region 2a with laser beam 1a increases by about twice.
