Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To recognize the shape of an object srereoscopically and to obtain a perspective video at a reception side by synthesizing the video of the same photographic object obtained by using two cameras on which two color filters of red and blue are mounted, respectively, and transmitting them as one video. CONSTITUTION:A red filter 2A is arranged on one of the two cameras 1, and a blue filter 28 on the other. video signals obtained from respective camera 1 are synthesized at a video signal synthesis part 3, and it is sent to a communication network as a transmission image signal with a communication control part 6. Also, a synthesized stereoscopic video is displayed on the display device of a communication destination as the synthesized stereoscopic video, and simultaneously, it can be displayed on its own display device 4 by a display control part 5. Meanwhile, the transmission/reception of voice is performed by a voice control part 8 setting a handset 9 or a speaker 10 and a mike 11 as media.
