Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable noise level reduction via the improvement of wind cutting with a thin-walled vane, and the vibration and sound absorbing performance of a vane support plate by forming both of the vane and vane support plate with a thin steel plate, and the vane support plate with a steel plate covered with an elastic material. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical type multiblade fan is constituted with a vane support plate 1, a vane 2 and side plates 3 and 4 at both sides thereof. The vane 2 is made of a thin steel plate, and cover layers 5 and 6 such as rubber related to an elastic material are provided on both surfaces of a thin steel plate 7 forming the core of the vane support plate 1. Due to the application of small wall thickness to the vane 2, a flow velocity drop and turbulence between vanes can be reduced and an air volume can be increased while lowering a noise level. In addition, vane thickness is reduced by 1/2 to 1/3, compared with a conventional aluminum make, and material cost can be thereby reduced.
