Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To use a device even when only narrow mounting space exists in a range of a suction pipe and to arbitrarily arrange a control mechanism by making a third entrainment member act on a second entrainment member via an intermediate piece and providing an adjusting motor, the third entrainment member and the intermediate piece on an adjusting device. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate piece 54 to be worked and coupled on/with a second entrainment member 16 via a transmission member 72 is provided and a third entrainment member 52 is constituted to act on the second entrainment member 16 via this intermediate piece 54. An adjusting motor 42, the third entrainment member 52 and the intermediate piece 54 are provided on an adjusting device 40 arranged with an interval from a control mechanism 8. By this constitution, mounting space of the third entrainment member 52 and the control mechanism 8 can be separated so as to be arbitrarily selectable by the intermediate piece 54 coupled with the second entrainment member 16 via a transmission member 12. Therefore, even when only extremely narrow mounting space is left in the range of a suction pipe 24, this device can be used or the control mechanism 8 can be extremely arbitrarily arranged.
