Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent heating cracks from occurring by blending a borate and thermal expandable inorganic material with a wet spraying material composed of inorganic fiber, inorganic consolidating material, lightweight aggregate and refractory material at a specific weight ratio. CONSTITUTION:A wet spraying material is prepared by mixing 10-50wt.% inorganic fiber such as rock wool with 15-40wt.% inorganic consolidating material such as portland cement, 5-20wt.% lightweight aggregate such as silas balloon and 20-40wt.% refractory material such as gypsum plaster. With the resultant material, are added and mixed 1-10wt.% borate such as colemanite and 1-10wt.% thermally expandable inorganic material powder such as augite capable of expanding at about 600-1000 deg.C. The resultant blend is then mixed with 90-150 pts.wt. water to afford an expandable inorganic material.
