Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain excellent dimensional stability at lower permittivity by using a composite resin sheet where resin particles are bonded with a fluororesin matrix as an insulation layer. CONSTITUTION:A conjugate resin sheet 1, where resin particles as a filler are bonded with a fluororesin matrix, is used as an insulating layer. On one side or both sides of the composite resin sheet 1 is fixedly formed a conductor 2 which forms an electric circuit. Generally, the fluorine contained resin has a lower permittivity. Therefore, it is necessary to use resin particles which are provided with relatively lower permittivity and excellent in terms of dimensional stability. As for the fluororesin, polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) is more favorable. This construction makes it possible to provide excellent dimensional stability at lower permittivity.
