Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To increase bending strength and applying a composite material to a beam component or a frame material to which bending load is applied by forming an upper layer with MMA resin concrete constituted of aggregates and methyl metacrylate resin (MMA resin) as main component and a lower layer with MMA resin. CONSTITUTION:An upper layer is formed with MMA resin concrete constituted of aggregates and methyl methacrylate resin (MMA resin), and MMA resin is used for a lower layer, and the MMA resin for the lower layer is preferably reinforced with carbon fiber. In that case, 5 - 20wt.% carbon fibers of 0.3 - 1mm length are contained in the MMA resin. When the thickness ratio between the thickness of MMA resin lower layer and the total thickness of an MMA resin concrete composite material is in the range of 0.4 - 0.8, preferably in the range of 0.3 - 0.7, the MMA resin concrete composite material of extremely high bending strength can be manufactured. |
