Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce the number of external parts and to improve the reliability of the semiconductor integrated circuit by providing the integrated circuit with plural resistor elements for dividing a power supply voltage and plural switch circuits capable of independently controlling the connection/disconnection of the resistor elements and power supply inputs. CONSTITUTION:The integrated circuit is provided with the testing switch circuits 11a to 11m capable of independently connecting/disconnecting the voltage dividing resistor elements 9a to 9i and the power supply input terminals 1a to 1m. The circuits 11a to 11m are used as functions for connecting the elements 9a to 9i with the terminals 1a to 1m at the time of really using the integrated circuit, and at the time of testing the integrated circuit, used for independently switching the connected/disconnected state in accordance with a testing mode. Consequently, the external resistors can be eliminated and the highly reliable liquid crystal driving semiconductor integrated circuit can be obtained. |
