FEEDING OR TAKING OUT DEVICE OF SHEET IN PRESS MOLDING

PURPOSE:To improve the yield of press molding, while excessive attracting allowance is made unnecessary, by a method in which, while a surface-fastener is used as the means which catches the surface of a sheet, the means which tears off the sheet whose surface is caught from the surface-fastener, is provided. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder 23 movable up and down is extensibly operated, and a surface-fastener 11 is pushed against the fiber cloth 15 on the surface of the sheet supported at the transferring end of a conveyer. Then a spring member 15 is compressed, and the surface fastener 11 is firmly pushed against the surface of the sheet 14 by the spring force, thereby bonding the sheet to the fiber cloth 15 surely. Next, the sheet 14 which has been hung up by a cylinder 23 and cylinder 25 movable left and right is transferred into a mold 27. Then, a cylinder 20 is extended just above a bottom force, and lowers a knocking out member 19, whereby the central part of the sheet 14 is pushed and is teared off from the surface-fastener 11, and then after the sheet has been dropped on the bottom force, it is retracted from the mold by the cylinder 25, and is on stand-by for catching the surface of the next sheet. The press- molded object is taken out from the mold outside thereof by the reverse operation.
