TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER FOR REFLOW

PURPOSE:To allow easy dealing with a mere change of the set input variable in the operation to change setting conditions by providing a control rule memory sections, a control rule correction section and a fuzzy control section, thereby allowing the taking in of operator's empirical rules as control rules. CONSTITUTION:The empirical rules of the set temp. regulation which is heretofore executed by the operator are formed as the fuzzy control rules in the control rule correction section 1 and are registered and stored as user definition control rules 2a into the control rule memory section 2. The control having reproducibility is, therefore, executed in the fuzzy control section 3 as far as the set input variable is inputted with an objective index. Namely, the same effect is obtainable regardless of the operator's skill concerning characteristic compensation. The addition of the exceptional processing, etc., arising form an environmental change is possible as well in the same procedure mentioned above. The arbitrary addition of the fresh control rule and set input variable arising from the environmental change, etc., is possible in this way.
