Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the overvoltage/overcurrent protecting function minimizing the effect of heating to the outside by inserting a surge absorbing element and a low-melting point metal wire into an inorganic material outer body. CONSTITUTION:Lead pins 4 are installed and fixed on the base material 5 of a PBT. A micro-gap type surge absorbing element 2 is used, a zinc wire 3 is used for a low-melting point metal wire, and a cylindrical cover glass outer body 1 made of lead glass is used for an inorganic material outer body. The outer body 1 is fixed to the base material 5, the absorbing element 2 and the metal wire 3 are inserted into the outer body 1, both ends are soldered to the pin 4, and then a PBT resin case is put on the base material 5.
