Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To automate the manufacture of a core slider and to improve the yield by temporarily fixing a molten wax by quenching. CONSTITUTION:A wax 3 heated to a melt temperature is coated on a common jig 2 in the specific quantity. A block slider 1 is then mounted on the common jig 2 coated with the wax 3 in a melt temperature state. The relative positioning of the common jig 2 and block slider 1 is then performed in a melt temperature state. The wax 3 of between the common jig 2 and block slider 1 whose positionings are completed is thus quenched down to a temp. lower than the coagulation temp. A core slider 4 of a thin film magnetic head is obtained post its natural cooling after heating the wax 3 slowly cooled by this quenching to the melt temp.
