SUPPORTING FRAME FOR ASSEMBLING LARGE PANEL MADE OF WOOD

PURPOSE:To perform pinch holding and release operation for panel body smoothly and improve workability by making a supporting frame for assembling a panel for a detached prefabricated house possess a function as a jig joining plural number of panel bodies together in width direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:A supporting frame 10 consists of a base part 10A for placing panel bodies P and a supporting frame part 10B pinching around the panel bodies P, and is constituted mainly of fixed rules 10g, 10h and movable rules 20, 21. For assembling the panel bodies P in the supporting frame 10, first pressure tightening of the movable rules 20, 21 constituting the supporting frame part 10B is released, next the panel bodies P are inserted in the supporting frame part 10B, these are jointed in the surface direction, and the pressure tightening of the movable rules 20, 21 is performed. The pressure tightening of the movable rules 20, 21 and the release thereof are performed by operating an operation mechanism 24. when the operation mechanism 24 is operated and pushing up members 23c of pressing mechanism 23 are made to slide on tilt surfaces 23a of guide members 23b, pressing members 22 are pressed and the panel bodies P are press bound.
