MANUFACTURING DEVICE FOR LARGE PANEL MODE OF WOOD

PURPOSE:To improve the quality and to reduce the cost by joining together in the width direction to construct a large panel body made of wood for a detached prefabricated house with a manufacturing device equipped with a supporting frame, a carrying means, a transferring means, a suspension means and so on. CONSTITUTION:For assembling a large panel made of wood W with this manufacturing device, first on a working stage S1 of a first carrying means 11, panel bodies applied with adherent agent on respective composition planes are inserted into a supporting frame 10, confronted themselves in face direction thereof, integrated by nailing and the like, and held in the supporting frame 10. Next, the supporting frame 10 is sent to a carrying out part 11a, raised toward a carrying in part 12a of a second carrying means 12 with action of a first transferring means 13, carried as standing state, performed finishing on a lifting stage S1 and so on, and completely assembled. A finally finished panel W on the carrying way of the carrying means 12 is taken out from the supporting frame 10, and transferred to a carrying out part 12b by a suspension means.
