Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To alleviate a convex lens effect of a laser output mirror and to prevent an increase in a light absorption ratio by providing means for cooling the mirror and introducing dehumidifying gas. CONSTITUTION:A gas inlet 100 as gas introducing means and a plurality of gas passages 101 are provided in an output mirror retaining jig 11, and cooling gas G is introduced from four directions toward the center of a laser output mirror 10. Cooling gas to be introduced is selected to control the humidity out of the mirror, and the humidity is maintained at a predetermined level or lower by using the gas G even during a pause except at the time of laser oscillation.
