Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to maintain a constant termination resistance value for a long time by installing a terminating resistor so that a sealing ring is flush with its fixed surface and placed on the inner side of the surface to which the sealing ring in fixedly installed as for an insulated vessel. CONSTITUTION:A terminating resistor 11 is formed flush with the surface to which a seal ring 7 is fixedly installed. Due to this construction, a thin film technology is capable of turning the terminating resistor 11 into an insulated vessel 3 with ease. Since the terminating resistor 11 which is formed as the insulated vessel 3 is formed flush with the surface to which the seal ring 7 is fixedly installed, it is easy to carry out trimming to adjust the resistance value of the terminating resistor 11. Furthermore, the terminating resistor 11 is formed on the inner side of the seal ring 7 so that it is sealed with a sealing cap 8. Due to this construction, the terminating resistor 11 is free from adverse effects, such as oxidation, external force, and dust, which makes it possible to maintain as constant the value of the terminating resistor 11 for long time.
