Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber asphalt emulsion composition for a spraying waterproof application method containing needlelike calcium metasilicate powder of specific grade without causing cracking or pinholes in rubber asphalt layers. CONSTITUTION:A rubber asphalt emulsion composition obtained by mixing (A) 100 pts.wt. solid content of a rubber asphalt emulsion prepared by emulsifying straight asphalt having 40-200 penetration with an anionic emulsifying agent (e.g. potassium oleate) and mixing the resultant anionic asphalt emulsion with 5-30wt.% rubber latex with (B) 8-85 pts.wt., preferably 15-35 pts.wt. needlelike calcium metasilicate capable of passing through a 60-mesh screen preferably without passing through a 100-mesh screen and preferably further a 2wt.% aqueous solution of hydroxyethyl cellulose and stirring the resultant mixture.
