Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To restrain continuous passage of shock waves in the use of formed Mach disc property by providing partitioning plates at the positions where the shock waves are enlarged to a maximum. CONSTITUTION:Shock waves which passed through the respective openings 14 of partitioning plates 12 are diffused as shown in stream lines 16 and moved into a cell. After the wave surface of the shock waves is once enlarged to a maximum, it is made smaller. At the position where it is maximum, i.e., in the vicinity of a position (10d) apart from the opening 14 when the radius of the opening is defined as (d), each of the partitioning plates 12 is provided.
