JOINT REINFORCING METAL FITTINGS FOR WOODEN BUILDING

PURPOSE:To improve workability by welding a triangular reinforcing rib plate at the bending parts of top pieces arranged respective on the upper parts of a front face plate and a side plate, making bolt holes and nail holes through the front face plate and the side plate respectively, and by making the nail holes through the top pieces. CONSTITUTION:The upper sections of a front surface plate 1 and a side plate 2 are bent to an external side at right angles, and top pieces 3, 3' are arranged, and at both the bent sections of the top pieces 3, 3', a triangular reinforcing rib plate 4 is horizontally welded. Besides, on the central sections of the front surface plate 1 and the side plate 2, bolt holes 10 are respectively arranged, and near the corners of the plates, nail holes 11 are arranged. Then, at the external side corners of the top pieces 3, 3', the nail holes 11 are respectively arranged, and a joint reinforcing metal fittings for a wooden building wood is formed. Besides, in the case of the execution of work, a pair of the metal fittings are fixed on a fitting member with bolts and nails, and the fitting member is collapsed from the upper section of a bearing member with a crane, and after that, the metal fittings and the bearing member are fixed to each other with the bolts and nails.
