Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent surely foul unlocking by means of the insertion of a driver or the like, by releasing the integration of a key rotor and a cylinder body which has been done by a tumbler and making the key rotor alone rotatable, when a proper key is inserted into the key hole of the key rotor. CONSTITUTION:A steering lock device 21 provided at a head pipe at the front end of the scooter body frame of a scooter, makes a turning movement by inserting a key into a key hole 28, and allows the rotation of a key rotor 24 by releasing the operation of a tumbler 29, and a lock bar 31 is engaged with and disengaged from a steering shaft lock hole by means of this rotation through a joint 25 and a drive cam 25. In this instance, when the key rotor 24 is foully rotated by means of a driver or the like, it is so arranged that a cylinder body 23 is also rotated integrally. As a result, a base end lock bar 33 out of the lock bar 31 is integrally rotated with the cylinder body, and combination with a tip lock bar 34 is released, and the tip lock bar 34 is maintained at a lock condition.
