Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To decrease the power loss of an oscillation system and to facilitate the execution of production and assembly by fixing and supporting an oscillator horn to a cylinder by two pieces of elastic bodies provided between node parts at two points of the oscillator horn and the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic oscillations are imparted to the oscillator horn 3 fixed in the cylinder 2 by an electro-acoustic transducer element 4. Liquid is supplied by a nozzle part 7a to an atomizing part 3a formed at the tip of the oscillator horn 3. Further, the oscillator horn 3 is fixed and supported to be cylinder 2 by two pieces of elastic bodies 10, 11 provided between the node parts 9a, 9b at two points of the oscillator horn 3 and the cylinder 2. As a result, the power loss of the oscillation system is decreased and the execution of the production and assembly is facilitated.
