LUBRICATING OIL FEEDER FOR HORIZONTAL ROTARY COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE:To perform a job for mounting work with such a method as pressure- coherence alone by installing a ring engaged part, projecting toward the center, on the inner circumferential surface of a fitting opening end edge part of an oil sump cap, also installing a ring groove on the outer circumferential surface of the tip of an end bearing, and fitting them together airtightly into engagedness. CONSTITUTION:A ring engaged part 15a projected toward the central part is formed on the inner circumferential surface of a fitting opening edge part of an oil sump cap 15. A ring groove 6a on the outer circumferential surface of a tip of an end bearing 6 is installed therein so as to be airtightly fitted with this ring engaged part 15a. In addition, a discharge outlet pipe 14 and a discharge pipe 16 are attached to the oil sump cap 15. At time of mounting og the cap 15, a tip of the discharge pipe 16 is inserted into a coolant gas hole 13 and, after being positioned, this cap 15 is pressed to the ring groove 6a of the end bearing 6, thus it is airtightly attached thereto. Therefore, mounting work can be done with pressure-coherence alone.
