Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by shortening a one cycle molding time, by a method wherein a molten matter dissolved by a dissolving part is kept warm by a heat insulation part and the same is fed to a molding machine by making the same into a semi-liquidized state by the use of a soaking part. CONSTITUTION:A pair of heat insulation tanks 2, 3 are connected with a tank 1 dissolving a solid wax, agitators 5 are built in those heat insulation tank and a temperature is controlled at 85 deg.C by a temperature control machine 4. Then a pressure feed cylinder 9 is connected with an outlet end of a directional control valve 8 connected with the heat insulation tanks 2, 3 each through piping 7, the cylinder 9 is connected with a soaking unit 2 whose temperature is controlled at 60-65 deg.C by a temperature control machine 13 through piping 11 and connected further with an injection molding machine 17 through piping 16. Since after dissolving the solid wax, the wax is kept warm by controlling a temperature by the heat insulation tanks 2, 3, the temperature is lowered by the soaking unit 12 and the wax is sent to the injection molding machine 17 by making the same into a semi-liquid state, a solidification time in a mold is shortened.
