Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out the work of removing asbestos by peeling from a wall surface, etc., material containing asbestos by a peeling means such as a scraper and the like, and sucking the material by means of a suction hood without dropping the material on the ground or floor surface. CONSTITUTION:An asbestos removing device is formed by a peeling work portion A, a dust collecting portion B and an asbestos recovering portion C and the device including an engine for driving a suction blower is loaded on a truck 48. Asbestos layers blowed onto the surfaces of the inside and outside of a building are peeled and the asbestos layers peeled are absorbed by a suction hood 2 before they fall onto a floor surface or the ground. The suction hood 2 is provided with a suction opening 60 and a peeling member 1 and the asbestos layers are peeled by the peeling member 1. The work environment is thus safely maintained.
