Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient water stop by interposing in a construction joint portion a water stop body key comprising a water-expandable water stop material provided on both surfaces of the web of a Z-steel or channel steel equipped with flanges. CONSTITUTION:A water expandable water stop material 22 is provided at the center portion of both surfaces of the web 211 of a Z-steel or channel steel 21 equipped with flanges to form a water stop body key 2. The water stop body key 2 is installed in the middle of a construction joint portion 1 with the web 211 of the steel 21 placed on the joint face of the portion 1. An expanded metal 3 is joined to both flanges 212 of the steel 21 and primary concrete 4 is placed. The junction strength and the water stop property of the key are thereby maintained.
