Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce the resistance for protruding a projected part, and to enhance the effect of water stoppage by forming the side surface of each pressing holder into such an inclined surface as to cause a slight clearance between the outer surface of the bulging part of a water-stopping rubber and the inclined surface of the pressing holder in the initial stage the water-stopping rubber abuts on a gate. CONSTITUTION:In a water-stopping rubber 14, fixing parts 14a, 14a on both sides being pressed by pressing holders 19, 19, bulging parts 14b extending obliquely upward therefrom, and a projected part 14c projecting outward at the intersection of the bulging parts are integrally formed. And the side surface of each of the pressing holders 19, 19 on the water-stopping rubber 14 side is formed into such an inclined surface 19a as to cause a slight clearance between the outer surface of the bulging part 14b and the inclined surface of the pressing holder in the initial stage the water-stopping rubber 14 abuts on a gate. It is so contrived that in such a condition that a fluid pressure is not applied to the back of the water-stopping rubber 14, the back surface of the bulging part 14b is formed in a gradual inversed V-shape, and that when a fluid pressure is applied, the projected part 14c protrudes smoothly, and is pressedly brought into contact with the gate. Thus, the curvature at the root part of the bulging part 14b can be reduced, so that an excessive stress concentration can be avoided. |
