Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it the circuit of high efficiency by putting it in circuit constitution that the current does not flow in a start resistance after startup. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 19 is connected to a side at startup, the voltage of an input power source 16 is applied to the base of a switching element 17 through a startup resistance 18 to turn on a switching element 17. Thereafter, by the feedback from the bias winding 26 of a switching transformer, the oscillation continues, and the output is outputted from the secondary winding 26 of the switching transformer. After startup, by opening the switch 19, the power is prevented from being consumed in the start resistance 18. At stoppage, by connecting the switch 19 to b side, the voltage between the base and emitter of the switching element 17 is made zero to stop the oscillation.
