BLANKING INSPECTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To save the labor requiring for inspection by a structure wherein both a bringing-in means for recognizing the blanked state of a blanking form and for bringing the recognized blanked state in the device concerned and discriminating means for discriminating the blanking result of the blanking form whether it is good or bad are equipped. CONSTITUTION:After being blanked at a blanking section 3, blanking form 34 is carried between detecting photosensors 31-33 and floodlight projectors. When the light beam received by the photosensor 31 is shielded, the signal of the photosensor 31 is turned from high level to low level. Said change of signal is employed as a form tip signal. And the change of signal, which develops when the light beam received by the photosensor 33 is shielded, is employed as a form tail signal. On the basis of the two signals, an inspection gate signal is generated. On the other hand, signal sent from photosensor group 32 are inputted through an OR circuit into an AND circuit together with the inspection gate signal. When no unnecessary part is present, a high level signal is outputted from the AND circuit. At this time, pato light(R), buzzer signal and blanking machine stop signal are outputted from an inspecting section. Thus, the presence or absence of the unnecessary part can be automatically inspected and the saving of the labor requiring for inspection and the rationalization of inspection can be performed.
