Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make it possible to activate microbes by placing sewage supply controlling container to store sewage led from outside in the upper part of a reaction tank and a group of air storage tanks in the down part. CONSTITUTION:When sewage is led to a sewage supply controlling container 3 by a pump through an injection pipe 8, it is stored temporary. Wastewater load is applied to vertical direction to a filtrating material 2 from each water passing hole 3a and sewage penetrates to the filtrating material 2 with capillary attraction of the filtrating material 2 and penetrated sewage gradually descends to power direction. After sewage is cleaned by the filtration function of the filtrating material 2, the sewage is led to each passing hole 6a of a partition plate 6, deodorized, deodorized, treated with a hydrogen ion modulating layer 7, and discharged from a discharging outlet 1a. By this method, filtrating function of the filtrating material can be retained perpetually.
