Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject clothes-wadding excellent in heat retaining properties, hygroscopicity and water absorption properties and bulky even in a water-absorbed state by blending a specified amount of a conjugate fiber obtained by eccentrically conjugating two kinds of PVA-based polymers. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of PVA-based polymers in which the difference between the saponification degree of a PVA-based polymer (A) and that of the other PVA-based polymer (B) is 0.2-2.5mol% are bonded in a form of side- by-side type or eccentric sheath-core type to obtain a conjugate fiber [weight ratio is (2:8) to (8:2)] and the resultant conjugate fiber is mixed in an amount of >=40wt.%. Due to self crimping and characteristics of the PVA-based polymer, the objective light and soft clothes-wadding is obtained.
