Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To prepare a stable aqueous pharmaceutical composition useful for injection that contains a zinc complex of a salt of bis-indolalkaloid, divalent- metal gluconate and a preservative dissolved in alcohol. CONSTITUTION: This stable aqueous pharmaceutical composition is prepared by dissolving a bis-indolalkaloid salt (for example, vincristine sulfate, vinblastine sulfate) into water, mixing the solution with an aqueous solution of zinc sulfate, then treating the obtained alkaloid-zinc complex with an aqueous solution of a gluconate of a divalent metal (e.g. Ca-, Zn- or Mg-gluconate), and adding to the solution a preservative, for example, methyl-hydroxybenzoate or propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, dissolved in a monohydric or polyhydric alcohol.
