PRODUCING DEVICE FOR COOLED AGGREGATE AND PREFABRICATED ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE:To produce cooled aggregate in easy improvement of an ordinary producing equipment of concrete by partitioning aggregate in order which is held in an aggregate bin and convergently spraying the cooling material for only the aggregate introduced into an aggregate cooling chamber of the lower part and cooling this aggregate. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate cover 3 having an inverted pyramidal shape is provided to the part of a flex point in which an aggregate bin 1 is changed into a hopper part from a drum part having uniform diameter so that aggregate 2 descends by gravity. Spray nozzles 5 of cooling material are annularly arranged in the position wherein they are not brought into contact with the aggregate 2 descending from an opening 4 of the lower end of the intermediate cover 3 and with the crest of aggregate 2 temporarily stagnated in an aggregate cooling chamber 7. Therefore the thermal efficiency of the cooling material is made sufficiently high because only the aggregate 2 introduced into the aggregate cooling chamber 7 can be convergently cooled by the cooling material sprayed from the spray nozzles 5.
