Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a prepreg suitable for a composite material used for leisure or sports goods, etc., having excellent tackiness, toughness and flexibility, especially giving a cure-molded article having excellent properties independent of fiber directions by impregnating a reinforcing fiber with a specific epoxy resin composition. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100 pts.wt. polyepoxy compound containing >=40wt.% bisphenol-A type epoxy resin is mixed with (B) 5-70 pts.wt., preferably 5-40 pts.wt. epoxy resin improver composed of a polyamide compound containing a polyaliphatic acid-based polyamide resin having at least a piece of carboxyl group in a molecule and 500-50000g/eq. terminal functional group equivalent as a principal component and (C) 1-10 pts.wt., preferably 3-8 pts.wt. epoxy resin curing agent (e.g. dicyandiamide) to obtain an epoxy resin composition. Then, reinforcing fibers (e.g. carbon fiber or glass fiber) are impregnated with said epoxy resin composition to afford the aimed prepreg.
