FITTING METAL OF WALL PANEL

PURPOSE:To raise the fitting accuracy of wall panels by a method in which a fitting metal consists of a base metal, an upper metal, and a lower metal, and a stopper to regulate a space housing the hook of the upper metal slidably is provided to any one of the base metal and the lower metal. CONSTITUTION:A stopper 14 is welded to both sides of the rising piece 10b of an L-shaped base metal 10. An upper metal 20 is attached to the upside of the inside of a lower wall panel L, and a lower metal 30 is attached to the lower part of the inside of the upper wall panel H. The hook 20b of the metal 20 is contacted with the rising piece 10b fixed to the steel frame beam 1, and the piece 10b and the hook 20b are covered with the metal 30 and the panel L is temporarily fixed. A press bolt 37 and a height-regulating bolt 38 are screwed into the angled support plate 35 of the metal 30, a panel H is hung down and positioned on the back plate 32 of the metal 30, and the metal 30 and the panel H are clamped 31a. The fitting accuracy of the panels can thus be raised.
