Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To form the leather with uniform thickness by a method in which while the temperature of atmosphere is successively lowered, a mold is preheated to prescribed temperature, and the mold is made integral with the resin tank which has received powdered resin, whereby the resin is fed in the mold, and then after vibration, etc., has been applied thereto, excessive resin is removed, and further it is dipped in the water whose temperature is regulated to a prescribed temperature and is slowly cooled. CONSTITUTION:The mold being on stand-by at a position P is transferred, and it is preheated e.g. at 390 deg.C for about 100sec. in a preheating tank 21a, next at 340 deg.C for about 100sec. in a preheating tank 21b, and finally at 280 deg.C for about 100sec. in a preheating tank 21c, whereby the mold is heated to the temperature higher than the melting temperature of the powdered resin by 20-40 deg.C. Next, said mold is made integral with a powdered resin tank and then is fixed to a rotary frame and is reversed. Further, rotation, rock, vibration or impact is applied to the mold, and after the resin has been uniformly stuck to the inner wall of the mold, the mold is reversed again. The mold is released from the rotary frame and the resin is cured and air- cooled. Then the mold is transferred into the warm water-tank 40 having temperature regulated at 60+ or -30 deg.C and it is slowly cooled. Then a product is taken out from the mold.
