SELF-FUSING FIXING THREAD

PURPOSE:To fasten a fixing thread firmly on heating and adhesion, and to prevent the fraying and falling of the fixing thread by winding the fixing thread impregnated with a bonding resin fused with a self-fusing enamel wire on a coil body using the self-fusing enamel wire and temporarily fixing the fixing yarn so as to hold a coil shape. CONSTITUTION:A self-fusing fixing thread 1 is acquired by impregnating fixing thread 2 with a bonding resin 3, the fibrous material of the fixing thread 2 is put into practical use, and a polyester thread is normally suitable. A resin fused to a self-fusing enamel wire 4 and having adhesion on heating can be used as the bonding resin 3, a resin material of the same group as the self-fusing layer of the outermost layer of the self-fusing enamel wire 4 is particularly favorable. The self-fusing fixing thread 1 is wound on a coil body 5 manufactured by winding the self-fusing enamel wire 4 in a coil shape, and fixed temporarily so as to hold a coil shape. When the self-fusing fixed yarn 1 temporarily fixed to the coil body 5 is heated and self-fused and cooled and fastened in the coil shape, the bonding resin 3 is fused to the self-fusing enamel wire 4, and the fixing thread 2 are fixed to the coil body under the state in which the fixing thread 2 are fastened firmly to the coil body.
