Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of a container nozzle as far as possible in the case of using a shampoo in a container provided with a pump and to obtain the subject composition having improved dispersibility and safety by compounding a shampoo composition containing fine particles of a water- insoluble solid with an ampholytic surfactant in combination with an acrylic resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective shampoo composition contains fine particles of a water-insoluble solid and is used by filling in a container provided with a pump and ejecting through a nozzle. The composition contains (A) an ampholytic surfactant (e.g. ampholytic surfactant of betaine-type, amidomine- type, imidazole betaine-type, etc.) and (B) an acrylic resin (e.g. a copolymer of ethyl acrylate and sodium methacrylate). The composition is effective in preventing the clogging of the nozzle of the container, keeps the fine particles of the water-insoluble solid in stably dispersed state over a long period and has excellent usability.
