Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the breakaway of a vibrator in a device for removing water droplets by the vibration of a plate-like member by providing an adhesive layer, for adhering a vibrator to the plate-like member, with at least a low hardness layer, thereby absorbing stress by this layer. CONSTITUTION:This water droplet removing device is applied, for instance, to the rear view mirror of an automobile. A plate-like mirror body 1 is provided with a piezoelectric vibrator 2 adhered to the center part thereof through an adhesive layer 3 so as to vibrate the mirror body 1. The mirror body 1 is formed of a glass plate 1a and a chrome layer 1b deposited on the rear side of the glass plate 1a. The piezoelectric vibrator 2 is provided with electrodes 2b, 2c, respectively connected to an oscillator 4, laminated at both end faces of a piezoelectric element 2a. In this case, the adhesive layer 3 is formed of two layers, that is, a hard adhesive layer 3a and a soft adhesive layer 3b. Stress generated between the mirror body 1 and piezoelectric vibrator 2 is thereby absorbed by the soft adhesive layer 3b so as to prevent the breakaway of the piezoelectric vibrator 2.
