Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To mainly reduce generation of road noise by providing a low hardness rubber layer having a specific JIS hardness and a loss factor between a carcass layer and a rim cushion rubber layer on a region corresponding to a rim flange outside a bead core. CONSTITUTION:A bead 1 on either side of the tire is composed of a carcass layer 3 which is folded back around a bead core 2 to enclose an upper bead filler 4 to reach a side wall 5 and a rim cushion rubber layer 9 which extends from a bead heel 8 to the vicinity of the side wall 5. In this case on at least an upper region of a rim flange R outside the bead core 2, a low hardness rubber layer 10 is provided between the both layers 3, 9. The JIS hardness Hs at 20 deg.C of the low hardness rubber layer 10 is specified in a range of 40 to 50 and a loss factor tandelta at 20 deg.C is specified in a range of 0.4 to 0.8, respectively.
