Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To remove fly waste attached to a draft roller by contacting a clearer roller between the top rollers of a draft roller, peeling the fly waste with a comber while intermittently rotating the clearer roller and sucking the peeled fly waste with a suction member. CONSTITUTION:A clearer roller 12 having a cloth 14 pasted on the circumference is contacted with a back top roller 8 and a top apron 7a and the rotation of the clearer roller 12 is intermittently stopped with a ratchet 16 to peel the fly waste attached to the roller 12 with a comber 17. The peelded fly waste is sucked with a suction means 18 and removed through a duct 20.
