CASTING MOLD

PURPOSE:To obtain a film plate with an outer frame having no wrinkle thereon while applying a tensile force on a film plate at the time of cast molding by equipping elastic bodies that are disposed being capable of coming into contact with both molds at the inside of the outer frame and has resin sealing property, mold releasing property, and a larger thermal expansion coefficient than that of the film plate. CONSTITUTION:Elastic bodies 7 are disposed in the surface of each mold 1, 2 opposed to a film plate 3 at the inside of a gap, and capable of coming into contact with the film plate 3 and each mold 1, 2 respectively, and further has resin sealing property, mold releasing property, and a larger thermal expansion coefficient than that of the film pate 3. The upper mold 1 and lower mold 2 of a casting mold are opened, an the film plate 3 held by two upper and lower doughnut-shaped elastic bodies 7 is interposed therebetween, and then both molds 1, 2 are closed. And, after both molds placed around the gap are heated into uniform temperature, molten resin is injection poured into the gap 4 through a pouring path 5, and dwelling is carried out therein. After the resin solidified within the gap 4, both molds 1, 2 are opened, and then an article including the integrated film plate 3 and outer frame 6 is removed therefrom. Thereby a film plate with an outer frame can be obtained, which never create any wrinkles thereon.
