Zusammenfassung:	NEW MATERIAL:Tetrahydro-1,3,5-thiadiazine-4-ones expressed by formula I (R is H or 1-4C alkyl; R is 1-4C haloakyl) or salts thereof. EXAMPLE:2-(2,2,3,3,3-Pentafluoro-n-propylimino)-3-(4-tertbutylbenzyl)- 5-phenyl- tetrahydro-1,3,5-thiadiazine-4-one. USE:An insecticide and acaricide, capable of exhibiting a wide insecticidal spectrum and having excellent insecticidal activity even against insect pests of the order Lepidoptera. PREPARATION:A carbamoyl chloride derivative expressed by formula II is made to react with a thiourea derivative expressed by formula III in a solvent such as THF at 30-250 deg.C for 0.1-30hr to afford the compounds expressed by formula I.
