Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a titled device, and to raise its performance by fitting one end of a bimorph type piezoelectric element and its other end to a fitting member of a force detecting member, and its base, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Two driving devices 35, 36 consisting of strip-shaped bimorph type piezoelectric elements, respectively are fixed through fitting members 35', 36' by a prescribed structure. When force detecting piezoelectric elements 25, 25' are moved at a speed (v) in each opposite direction by the driving devices 35, 36, if an angular velocity to be measured OMEGA is inputted around an input axis X-X placed at right angles to a driving shaft Z-Z, the Coriolis force Fc of the opposite direction operates on the force detecting piezoelectric elements 25, 25', respectively. As a result, voltage of the opposite direction proportional to the magnitude of the Coriolis force Fc is generated in the force detectng piezoelectric elements 25, 25', respectively. In this way, the angular velocity OMEGA can be detected. Accordingly, according to such constitution, the structure is simplified, and the performance is raised. |
