FAULT MESSAGE INFORMING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To prevent the miss or delay of communication and to make fault correspondence speedily by selecting a staff according to the kind of a fault and automatically transmitting a message with fault information. CONSTITUTION:A fault detection part 1-5 picks up the fault information to be recognized at an OS 1-3 and an information judgement part 1-6 retrieves a judgement data file 1-12, judges the kind of the fault, necessity for informing the fault, informing destination, informing method, priority order of the informing destination and informing message editing method, and prepares an informing message control data. A message edition part 1-7 reads the detailed information of the fault from a message rog file 1-3 and an error log file 1-14 and edits the information message. A message transmission control part 1-8 dispatches the information message to a line connection part 1-9 according to a transmission priority order. Thus, time is shortened from the generation of the fault to make contact with the real staff, there is no lack or no error in the information and the correct correspondence can be made.
