| Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To form the controller by a compact constitution and to contrive the space saving of an installation space so that the fitting work can be executed easily by providing the pressure control part and a flow rate measuring part in the same body. CONSTITUTION:A body 10 is provided with a pressure control part 11, a flow rate measuring part 12 and a flow rate display part 13, and the body 10 is constituted by combining integrally the upper body 10A having an inlet 7 and the lower body 10B having an outlet 8. Accordingly, a gas supply controller 1 is provided integrally with the pressure control part 11 and the flow rate measuring part 12 which are usually provided as separate bodies. In such a way, the fitting space becomes small by the compact constitution, and the fitting work can also be executed easily. |
