Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To utilize combustion gas to enhance thermal efficiency by giving either heat of combustion gas or heat of liquid stored in a slurry tank of a scrubber to compressed gas by means of a heat exchanging means, allowing said gas to flow through a membrane tube. CONSTITUTION:When compressed air supplied from a delivery port of an air compressor 60 flows through a connection air pipe 81a to first heat exchangers 61, 62, the compressed air receives the heat of the water 38 stored in a slurry tank 36. The water 38 in the tank 36 is always circulated by means of a circulation pump 66, while a pulse combustion type drier is in operation. And the water 38 in a state of fine droplets recovers heat from combustion gas and at the same time captures part of solid components of matters to be dried which have not been recovered in a collector 20 for matters to be dried. The water 38 having recovered heat falls down and is stored in a settling tank 37a of the tank 36. As a result, thermal efficiency can be enhanced.
