Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To render the entire manufacture of a bag with a fastener automatic and continuous by introducing a continuous sheet and fastener main bodies to ultrasonic welding machines, and weld-joining the fastener to each side periphery of the continuous sheet, and further mounting a fastener opening and closing device to the fastener main body. CONSTITUTION:A continuous sheet 2 and fastener main bodies 12, 13 are introduced to ultrasonic welding machines 4, 5 and fastener main bodies 12, 13 are weld-joined along each side periphery of the fastener main bodies 12, 13, and then the continuous sheet 2 is cut at right angles to the forwarding direction and at regular intervals, and further the cut periphery is weld-joined by means of ultrasonic welding machines 32, 33. On the other hand, a fastener opening and closing device 24 is held at a predetermined position by means of a support device 23 and the continuous sheet 2 is grasped by grasping parts 16, 27 and thus a rod is moved in the form of a pair of fastener main bodies 12, 13 aligned with respect to each other. In this manner, after the fastener opening and closing device 24 is mounted on the fastener main bodies 12, 13, holding by the support device is released, thereby attaching the fastener opening and closing device 24 to the fastener main bodies 12, 13.
