Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To continuously detect the fineness of a fiber in a sliver, and the fluctuation of the fineness by mutually correlating signal data of different type sensors, and calculating individual characteristic parameters or the like which can not be measured by the process by correlating the signal of one sensor to the signal of another sensor. CONSTITUTION: This method for continuously detecting the fineness of a fiber in a sliver, and the fluctuation of the fineness comprises using at least two different type sensors S1 and S2 , measuring the fiber characteristics by the two sensors S1 and S2 while the sliver passes a measuring leak detector 1 and rollers 2 and 3, processing the data of signals therefrom by correlating the data with each other by a calibrator K, and finding out each individually unrelated characteristic parameter which can not be directly specifically measured by the process, or a temporal fluctuation thereof to continuously detect the fineness in the sliver and the fluctuation thereof. |
