Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To simplify a power transmission construction by driving a friction type continuous variable transmission mechanism for the travel of a body with one of the crankshaft and cam shaft of an installed engine, and taking out work device power from the other shaft. CONSTITUTION:A cultivator has an OHC 4-cycle engine E and a friction type continuous variable transmission device(CVT) C for travel is interlocked with and connected to the cam shaft 23 of the engine E. Concurrently, the crankshaft 24 of the engine E is used as a power takeout shaft for driving a work device. Also, when a transmission member 10 is operated within a transmission operation zone S in a state of transmitting power to the center boss part 5C of a carrier 5 in the continuous variable transmission C, radius from the rotational axis center of a taper cone 7 changes at the contact position of the member 10. When the carrier 5 is rotated by a unit amount, therefore, the rotational amount of the cone 7 rotating following to the internal surface of the member 10 changes, and the rotational speed of a rotary body 8 changes for the rotational speed of the carrier 5. As a result, the travel transmission power is continuously taken out from a main shaft 3 concentrical with the boss part 5C.
